1. Service Delivery Overview
At AR-GLOBAL TRADE, we specialize in digital services including Shopify development, WordPress maintenance, and digital marketing. Unlike physical goods, our "delivery" constitutes the fulfillment of digital tasks, code deployment, and strategic management.
2. Project Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines vary based on the specific plan or project scope:
- Onboarding: Completed within 24-48 business hours after payment.
- Routine Tasks: Updates and security patches are delivered monthly or weekly as per your plan.
- Emergency Tasks: Delivered within the response time guaranteed in your specific tier (e.g., 30 mins to 4 hours).
- Timelines are agreed upon in the Statement of Work (SOW). Delivery is considered "Complete" once the code is pushed to the live environment or the marketing campaign is launched.

Digital Delivery Proof
For all services, proof of delivery is provided via our Project Management portal, email confirmation, or staging site previews. Once a client approves the work, delivery is marked as final.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
We aim for 100% satisfaction, but due to the nature of digital labor and proprietary strategy, we adhere to the following refund guidelines:
Subscription Plans (Monthly Services):
- You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time.
- Non-Refundable: Once a monthly cycle has begun and technical work (backups, updates, audits) has been performed, the fee for that month is non-refundable.
- Partial Refunds: If you cancel within the first 7 days of a cycle without any work being initiated, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.
Project-Based Work:
- Milestone Payments: Payments made for completed and approved milestones are strictly non-refundable.
- Work-in-Progress: If a project is cancelled mid-way, you are liable to pay for the hours already logged or the percentage of work completed.
4. Digital Marketing Specifics
Ad spend paid directly to platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) is handled by the client and is non-refundable by AR-GLOBAL TRADE. Our management fees are for our expertise and time; we do not guarantee specific sales figures, though we strive for maximum ROI based on historical data.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a review of your account for a potential refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to info@ar-globaltrade.com.
- Subject line: "Refund Request - [Your Business Name]".
- Include a detailed reason for your request.
Our billing department will review the request against the logged work hours and respond within 5-7 business days.
