Effective Date: January 28, 2026 | AR-GLOBAL TRADE
1. Services Provided
AR-GLOBAL TRADE provides managed digital services, including but not limited to:
- WordPress & Shopify Maintenance and Development.
- Digital Marketing Management (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO).
- E-commerce Strategy and Technical Support.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with appropriate notice to active clients.
2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful project delivery, clients must:
- Provide accurate information and necessary access credentials (hosting, CMS, or Ad accounts).
- Respond to feedback requests in a timely manner (within 48 business hours).
- Ensure they have the legal right to use any content or media provided to us for their projects.
3. Payment Terms & Billing
Monthly Subscriptions: Managed plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. Services may be suspended if payment is not received within 3 days of the due date.
Project-Based Work: Typically requires a 50% upfront deposit, with the remaining balance due upon milestone completion or site launch.
Late Payments: Late payments may incur a 5% monthly interest fee.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, the client owns the final deliverables (website code, graphics, or ad copy) created specifically for them. However, AR-GLOBAL TRADE retains ownership of any pre-existing proprietary tools, frameworks, or methodologies used to deliver the services.
5. Limitation of Liability
AR-GLOBAL TRADE will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, resulting from the use of our services or third-party platform failures (e.g., Shopify downtime or Google algorithm updates).
6. Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate the service agreement with a 15-day written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for paying for all work completed up to the termination date.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Wyoming courts.
